About
The Story
I spent years managing end-to-end supply chains. I know what it looks like when a shipment goes sideways at 2AM and nobody finds out until the morning shift. I know the cost of an exception that sat unresolved for six hours because the right person wasn't available. I know what it feels like to watch a client relationship erode, not because your team wasn't working hard, but because the tools available to you were either inadequate or completely out of reach financially.
When I started researching solutions, I found the same answer everywhere: real-time visibility and autonomous exception handling exist — but they're priced for the Fortune 500. The platforms that actually work start at $50,000 a month. For a small to mid-size 3PL or a local or regional shipper, that's not a software decision. That's a staffing decision.
So I built the alternative.

Our Model
Agentic Alchemy is an AI-native supply chain and logistics agency, founded in March 2026.
We're not a SaaS platform asking you to log into a dashboard and figure it out. We're a partner who builds AI-powered logistics capabilities around your operation: your carriers, your clients, your workflows, your business rules.
Crucible was built from scratch using direct carrier API integrations. It doesn't rely on a third-party platform license that reprices on us every renewal cycle. It grows and evolves out of operational necessity, which means it gets better the more we use it.
Carriers integrated via Crucible
Autonomous monitoring: no overnight staff required
Dedicated infrastructure per client: your data never touches a shared tenant pool
Exception resolution paths: intercept, reroute, carrier change
Who We Serve
Our clients are small and mid-size 3PLs, local and regional carriers, owner-operator fleets, mid-market shippers and Just In Time manufacturers, the operations that are sophisticated enough to need enterprise-level tools but smart enough to know they shouldn't have to pay enterprise prices to access them.
If you're competing for clients on service quality, delivery reliability and proactive communication (and doing it without a 50-person operations center), Agentic Alchemy was built for you.
If you're running a JIT operation where a delayed inbound shipment means a line-down event, Sentinel's Buffer Erosion detection and Optimus's autonomous response capability were built for exactly that scenario.
Crucible Priority Sectors
Crucible in particular is built around the operators who feel a late shipment the hardest: Automotive Tier 1/2/3 JIT suppliers, Aerospace & Defense contractors, and the smaller contract and job shops winning the bids that keep those supply chains moving. We're rooted in Southeast Michigan, where that manufacturing base runs deep — alongside the region's fast-growing e-commerce and retail fulfillment sector.
Our Principles
Every tool we build is designed around how supply chain actually works — not how a product roadmap committee thinks it works.
Our agents act within the bounds your operation defines. You set the rules; the agents execute them. Humans stay in the loop where it matters.
We build for the operator, not for the demo. If it doesn't work in the real world (on a real shipment, with a real carrier, in a real exception), it doesn't ship.
